Abstract

The biayes classification algorithm was based on the mutual independence between one class and another class, and the reality of multidimensional existence dependency relationship with the customer class. So this paper first used the Fisher method to classify the class, then used the bias classification algorithm for customer segmentation, identified potential customers, and effectively reduced marketing costs. Finally, multi- group data were used to test by matlab. Compared to the bias algorithm, the results show that hybrid algorithm was an effective method.
