It is known that the field of odor measurement and assessment is of growing interest in many sectors.
We have assisted in recent years that the scientific interest has widened its scope by proposing the odor evaluation and measurement by means of different techniques such as sensorial and/or instrumental means, adopted for product development, environmental impact, medical diagnosis and indoor air quality assessment.
